How to Create a New User
Account administrators can create new users within their account. Clicking the add person button opens a new page where admins can add a user's details. Admins can choose who will be an administrator or standard user. They can add a user's email address which can give the user access to the Manx Telecom Voice Recording web application, this will need to be entered twice for verification.
If this field is left blank the user will be recorded but will not have access to the web application. They must then add the users first and last name and select the users default language for the Manx Telecom Voice Recording web application. To finish creating the user click save changes, an email will be sent to the new user which prompts them to set a password to log in their account and access their recordings.
