How to Manage Recordings
You can play any call within the Manx Telecom Voice Recording web application by using the play button on the left hand side of each recording, pressing the button again allows you to pause and resume the playback of the call. The waveform has a marker to show where you are in the recording. It's easy to fast forward or rewind a call just click on the waveform to skip to a different part of the recording.
While a call is being played, new icons appear below the wave form clicking the recording information icon lets you see additional metadata of the recording you can see the time and date the call was recorded, the duration of the call and who the call was from and to. The other icons allow you to share and tag recordings. The ability to download and delete recordings is also available but only to admin users.
