However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

Mobile
Monday 20th January - CHG0060776
Manx Telecom will be performing an essential software upgrade on our Mobile Network.
Customers in Castletown, Ballasalla, Colby, Port St Mary, Santon, Kirk Michael, Ballaugh, Foxdale, Peel, Maughold, Ramsey, Sulby, Crosby and surrounding areas will experience reduced 4G data coverage during the maintenance window.
Maintenance Window: 22:00 Monday 20th January – 06:00 Tuesday 21st January.
