Tuesday 26th November - CHG0060104
Manx Telecom will be making upgrades to our Broadband network between midnight and 7am.
During this time there may be some down time for customers in the following areas, Douglas and surrounding areas, Onchan, Ramsey, Peel, Laxey, Andreas, Sulby, Kirk Michael, Marown, Foxdale, St Johns and surrounding areas.
Manx Telecom appreciate your understanding and support whilst we make these important upgrades.
If your router is not connected after 7am we would recommend rebooting the router to reset the connection to the network.

Manx Telecom is aware about a power outage in Glen Mona and Laxey area.
The customers surrounding the affected area may encounter loss of service on their fixed and broadband network.Engineers are investigating on priority.
