Whether it's mobile or desktop, Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams is the perfect solution. Microsoft Teams can be used on mobile devices with apps for iOS, Android and Windows Phone or with a wide range of desktop phones.
The phone integration and user experience is far superior than Skype for Business apps. As a Microsoft cloud solution, Teams links with Azure Active Directory and is managed via Office 365 for single sign-on and telephone directory access. It provides presence, availability and contact information.

Billing
All services are charged via monthly MT account.
Connection charges apply.
Service rental charges are based on the number of users and additional Shared Resource channels required.
Call itemisation is provided on the Manx Telecom bill via the ‘pilot number’ of the Teams Direct Routing service, per DDI call records can be obtained via the customer’s Teams Admin Centre. Should specific itemisation be requested from Manx Telecom this will incur additional charges.
Customer onboarding requirements
MT will not manage the customer Microsoft 365 environment so customer's must ensure sufficient on-site technical support for onboarding, migration and management of Teams including completion of MT provided Teams provisioning guidelines
