Terms and Conditions

Your fibre socket will be installed within 3 metres of the cable entry point of your property and will also require a power socket which must also be within 2 metres of the fibre socket.

This application form will act as the Services Order Form under which we will provide services to you. Full details of MT's General Terms and Conditions and Service Descriptions are available from Manx Telecom's retail outlets or www.manxtelecom.com. You should read the T&C's carefully and only sign this form if they are acceptable to you. Data collected from this form will be used to enable us to process your order and will only be disclosed to those bodies or authorities which have been identified within Manx Telecom's registrations under the Data Protection Act applicable to the Isle of Man and any amendments to this law.

I am/we are at least 18 years of age and make this application having understood all applicable Terms and Conditions and Service Fees concerning this Contract. I/we understand and agree that I/we will be responsible for all Fees as applicable for a Minimum Contract Period. Please see Terms & Conditions above. I understand that it is my responsibility to check that the tariffs and changes applied to my account are correct and in the event of an error to contact Manx Telecom within 1 month from the date of my most recent bill.
