Notes
Fibre-charged Wi-Fi in every room – our Wi-Fi experts will help tune your Wi-Fi using our latest Wi-Fi equipment, we’ll ensure all rooms that you use in your home (separate detached buildings are excluded) can receive at least 10Mbps of Wi-Fi.
Guaranteed average speeds – We’re the only Isle of Man Internet Service Provider to test all of our Customer’s services regularly to ensure that the speeds we’ve sold you are what you get in your home when our networks are busiest, between 8-10pm. Full details in our Fibre Service Description.
Expert Wi-Fi installation - Our Wi-Fi experts will install and tune your Wi-Fi for your home.
Unlimited home support - Our Wi-Fi experts will install, support and tune your Wi-Fi for your home whilst you remain in contract.
Lifetime equipment replacement – Our Wi-Fi experts will fix or replace faulty Wi-Fi equipment whilst you remain in contract.
Next day fix – We fix 85% of faults within 24hrs and we’re working to improve this by training more local Wi-Fi experts than anyone else.
Our lowest latency – Amazing for gaming, our broadband and internet networks, the largest on-island, will provide you unmatched speed and performance, typically <5ms latency and 1ms jitter.
Changes of service - Any change of service including regrade of service or change of installation address will invoke a new 24 month Minimum Period of Service. When making any change to the service, if the service you are subscribed to has subsequently been withdrawn from sale you will be required to regrade to an equivalent current-sale service.
If your property is particularly large or of a particular construction, our Wi-Fi experts may recommend additional Wi-Fi extenders which are available at an additional monthly cost.
Connecting your property - In a small number of cases, additional external trenching or ducting may be required within your property boundary. We will advise on any requirements prior to installation.

Failure to return rented equipment when requested may result in charges of £100 being added to your MT bill.
Paper Bill - All plans include free e-billing. A charge of £4.20 per month is applied where customers choose to receive a paper bill.
