Auto top-up FAQs
How do I register for Auto Top-ups?
You can register using the online top-up page http://www.mt.im/topups by clicking on the green Auto Top-up button and completing the required information or go directly to myMT by clicking here.
Please follow these simple steps to set up Auto Top-ups within myMT.
Step 1: Log in to myMT or register if you do not already have an account set up
Step 2: Click on the ''PayGo top-ups’ tab
Step 3: Click on '+ Add New Top-up Arrangement
Step 4: Enter your 6 digit pay as you go mobile number and confirm the number
Step 5: Tick the Auto Top-up box
Step 6: Enter the amount you wish to top-up, the frequency of this top-up and when you would like it to commence
Step 7: Enter your payment card details
Step 8: Click on the 'Add Top-up Arrangement’.
You are now set up for Simply PayGo auto top-ups.
Can I arrange an Auto Top-up on other pay as you go phones?
Yes, you can arrange as many Auto Top-ups to other phones as you wish. Simply repeat the steps above
When will my phone be topped up?
An attempt will be made to top up your phone at 9.00am on the day of your scheduled top-up.
How much can I top up by?
You can arrange a top-up for £5, £10, £15 or £20.
What kind of top-ups are available with Auto Top-up?
Auto Top Ups uses Simply PayGo top ups, that's the same type as you can buy through all our channels.
How do I know if my top-up has been successful?
Once the top-up has been successful, you will receive a confirmation email and text message.
How do I suspend an Auto Top-up?
By logging in to MyMT you click on the suspend button and your Auto Top-up will be temporarily suspended. To resume your Auto Top-up simply click on resume.
How do I edit an Auto Top-up?
Log in to MyMT and click on the edit button and you will be able to edit the amount to top-up and the frequency of the top-up. You can also enable/disable Text 2 Top-up and amend you payment details.
How do I delete an Auto Top-up?
You can delete your Auto Top-up at anytime. Log in to MyMT and click on the remove button. Please note that this will completely remove the Auto Top-up. If you wish to set up an Auto Top-up in the future, you will need to add your mobile number and full information again.
How do I view my Top-up history?
Log in to MyMT and click on the PayGo top-ups tab. Click on the Top-up History button and you will be able to view your most recent arrangements including the date, mobile number, Type of Top-up, amount topped up, payment card used and whether it was successful.
