Diverting Calls

Setting up Diverts

The following services can normally be set from menu options within your handset. Please see your user guide on how to access and control these services.  If you wish you can also use the following shortcodes to set up, check and cancel various network based services.

To Divert all Calls

To activate: Key *21* the phone number calls to be diverted to # send
To check if on: Key *#21# send
To cancel: Key #21# send

To Divert Calls when Busy

To activate: Key *67* the phone number calls to be diverted to # send
To check if on: Key *#67# send
To cancel: Key #67# send

To Divert unanswered Calls

To activate: Key *61* the phone number calls to be diverted to # send
To check if on: Key *#61# send
To cancel: Key #61# send

To Divert Calls when out of coverage or switched off

To activate: Key *62* the phone number calls to be diverted to # send
To check if on: Key *#62# send
To cancel: Key #62# send

To cancel all diverts

To cancel all: Key #002# send
