Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

  Manx Telecom are aware of a copper network issue in the Onchan area and are working to resolve the issue on priority.

  Affected customers may experience copper DSL issues until the repairs have been completed.

  Manx Telecom will be performing essential maintenance on MyMT platform.

  MyMT will be unavailable for up to 25 minutes within the maintenance window.

  There will be reduced 3G & 4G coverage in the Castletown area due to works being carried out around the mobile mast.
