Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

  • Internet

    We are pleased to report that there are no issues on our Broadband network.

  • Mobile

    Monday 31st March - CHG0061503

    Manx Telecom will be performing essential maintenance on our Mobile network.

    Prepay mobile subscribers may experience intermittent disruption to the MMS service.

  • Fixed Line

    Manx Telecom will be performing essential maintenance on our network.

    No impact expected however there may be brief interruptions to CVOIP, IV and SIP trunking customers service during the maintenance window.
